Abstract

The Oral Food Challenge Test (OFC) is a key test in the management of food allergies (FA). It has been the subject of recommendations, both French in 2006 and international (EAACI in 2014) [1,2]. Initially considered as the gold standard for a diagnosis of certainty or cure, new indications and modalities have emerged. These are notably linked to the emergence of new forms of allergy, to the evolution of therapeutic strategies, to the complexity of certain situations, particularly in the case of cross-allergy, and finally to the evolution of prevention.
