Abstract

In this work, we investigate in details the temperature dependence of static and dynamic magnetic properties in three types of AF/F/AF multilayers consisting of NiMn as AF-layer and Co/sub 90/Fe/sub 10/, Co/sub 50/Fe/sub 50/ and Co/sub 35/Fe/sub 65/ as F-layer, respectively. The static magnetic properties have been investigated in the temperature range of 20/spl deg/C-400/spl deg/C by means of vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The microwave permeability of these layers has been measured up to 300/spl deg/C with a permeameter using the heating capability. To allow a full dynamic characterization (up to 6 GHz) including the ferromagnetic resonance the thickness of the F-layers have been setup at 700 /spl Aring/ which lead to a theoretical 4 GHz resonance frequency.
