Abstract
The present note reports the high-temperature deformation and fracture behaviour of copper polycrystals containing such dispersed B 2 O 3 particles. A Cu-0.031 mass% B alloy was internally oxidized at 1273 K for 324 ksec with a Cu-Cu 2 O-Al 2 O 3 (mass ratio 1:1:2) mixed powder to obtain dispersed B 2 O 3 particles both in grains and on grain boundaries
