Abstract
This study aims to determine whether technological changes, R&D, and green finance influence the intrinsic value of shares and the growth opportunities for shares of financial companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The samples of this study are companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange from 2014 to 2018. The data collected and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this study prove that technological changes and the application of the green finance concept influence the increase and decrease in the intrinsic value of stocks and opportunities for growth in company shares. . Our study using technological development, implementation of green finance and research and development as a variable which can influence stock growth and intrinsic value of the stock. The limitation of this study is only uses financial companies' data that listing on the Indonesian stock exchange
