Abstract

ABSTRACT This work is devoted to the applied possibilities of the selective laser melting technology in the rocket industry. The properties of stainless steel formed by volumetric growth at various modes are investigated; the influence of the laser main parameters of laser treatment on the properties of the material is traced. The formation of the smallest possible size of the structures of the cooling path of LRE has been worked out. As a result of the performed work, a model of the liquid rocket engine (LRE) cooling path with a developed heat exchanger surface was manufactured and tested.
