Abstract

This study aimed to identify teachers’ attitudes towards distance learning and its role in increasing students’ motivation in public schools in Zarqa Governorate in Jordan and to identify the impact of the following variables (gender, specialization, and appreciation). To achieve the study’s goal, a questionnaire consisting of (20) items was developed, which was distributed to (70) male and female teachers, Teachers towards distance learning and its role in increasing students’ motivation in public schools in Zarqa Governorate in Jordan were significant, as it was found that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α ≤ 0.05) between the average responses of the study sample members towards trends. Teachers towards distance learning and its role in increasing students’ motivation in public schools in Zarqa Governorate in Jordan due to the gender variable (gender, specialization, academic grade) and based on the results of this study, the researcher recommended recommendations One of the most important of these is the need to continue in distance e-learning in the future for subjects that do not require face-to-face meetings, and to enroll teachers in more training courses to increase their experience in dealing with the problems they face as a result of using distance education.

  • ‫الطلبة بالمدارس الحكومية لمحافظة الزرقاء في الرن تعزى لمتغير التقدير الكاني ي‪ .‬فقد بلغت قيمة مستوى الدللة‬ ‫(‪ )0.42‬وهذه القيمة أكبر من (‪ )0,05‬وتؤكد هذه التنجية عدم توجد فروق ذات نللة إحصائية عند مستوى‬ ‫(‪ )α‎ ≤0.05‬بي متوسطات استجابات أفران عينة الدراسة نحو اتجاهات المعلمي نحو التعلم عن بعد ونوره في زيانة‬ ‫نافعية الطلبة بالمدارس الحكومية لمحافظة الزرقاء في الرن تعزى لمتغير التقدير الكاني ي‪ .‬وتعزو الباحثة هذه‬ ‫النتيجة إلى أ تباين واختلاف تقديرات المعلمي الكانيمية تعون في الوضع الطبيعي لخبراتهم و شاطاتهم التي اعتانوا‬ ‫أ يبدعوا بتطبيقها مع طلبتهم‪ ،‬وهو ما يؤني لتفاوت هذه التقديرات‪ ،‬أما في حال التعلم عن بعد والذي يعتمد على‬ ‫نفس الطرق تقريبا والتي ل يؤثر فيها طبيعة المعلم‪ ،‬بالضافة إلى تساوي معظم المعلمي في خبراتهم وبالتالي ا شطتهم‬ ‫وبالتالي خبراتهم‪ ،‬لحداثة هذا النمط من التعليم أنى بدورة إلى عدم تمييزهم وتفرقتهم فيما بينهم نحو استجاباتهم‬ ‫لدورهم في زيانة نافعية طلبتهم نحو التعلم عن بعد‪ .‬وتختلف هذه النتيجة مع نتيجة نراسة حناوي ونجم (‪)2019‬‬ ‫التي أظهرت هذه الدراسة نتيجة أ تطبيق التعلم عن بعد يمر بصعوبات على صعيد كفايات المعلمي في تطبيق هذا‬ ‫النوع في محافظة نابلس‪ .‬ولم تتفق أي نتيجة من نتائج الدراسات السابقة الوارنة في هذا البحث مع نتيجة هذه‬
