Abstract

The resistivity and Hall coefficient of β-FeSe1−xTex films are systematically studied. The scattering time of hole carrier dominates the temperature dependence of the transport properties. In addition, the dramatic change of Hall coefficient behavior for different Te substitution level might be attributed to the modification of the Fermi surface.
