Abstract

Abstract: Pulmonary chondromas are very rare benign tumors. We report a case of huge solitary pulmonary chondroma in a 53-year-old woman without specific symptom. The lesion was detected by CT and Tc-99m methylene diphosphonate bone scintigraphy. The primary diagnosis after radiologic examination was pulmonary hamartoma. Then, surgical excision was performed, and the pathology showed pulmonary chondroma.
