Abstract

AbstractThe article presents the theoretical foundations and empirical results of studying the target vectors of life self-determination of graduates of the university’s economic programs. A review of modern publications on the issues of life self-determination of graduates of economic programs of the university confirms the relevance and significance of the study for the development of regional human resources. Empirical data was collected by the method of questioning 427 graduates of economic programs of the leading universities of the Stavropol Territory, carrying out training in this direction. The processing of the questionnaire database was carried out in the SPSS program (version 21). Conclusions are made; they characterize the target vectors of life self-determination of graduates of economic programs of the university and the importance of professional activity in achieving target settings.
