Abstract

In this paper, a method of extracting and sorting the characteristics of legumes using the close range simultaneous polarization imaging system is proposed. The polarization detection system is built. The target imaging experiment is carried out. The effective experimental data and processing analysis are obtained. The results show that the close range imaging detection system based on simultaneous polarization imaging can provide more abundant information of target details. Compared with the original image, the clarity is also greatly improved. And through fusion, the surface characteristics of different targets are displayed to the greatest extent. This information can effectively improve the accuracy of sorting.
