Abstract
The development of the pedagogical methodology of Learning and Service (A+S) since the earthquake of February 27, 2010 at the USACH School of Architecture, allowed the development of experience that was transferred to the degree process of the students; it has a development of more than twelve years. In this period, it has been possible to implement relevant learning in the current career professionals in various lines of work, whether community projects, heritage interests, residence, emergencies and disasters, and health issues. This has allowed us to interact with agents from various territories of the country and thus be able to meet their requirements for projects that address their needs, expectations and hopes. These projects allowed students to visualize a work committed to a social perspective and focused on responding to specific situations in the community in the scope of their professional work.
