Abstract
Mastocytosis consists of a heterogeneous group of disorders characterized by a pathological accumulation of mast cells in the tissues including the skin, bone marrow, liver, spleen and the lymph nodes. In children, this rare disease usually presents with dermatological manifestations in the form of urticaria pigmentosa and its systemic form is rarely seen in children. We, hereby, present a case of systemic mastocytosis in a 2 month old infant.
