Abstract

In the modern Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, military personnel are required to have high rates of physical and mental preparation, since in the performance of their duties, military personnel are faced with situations of risk to life. In such situations, each soldier is required to have a high level of stress tolerance in order to remain in combat readiness and the ability to continue to perform their duties. In this article, the authors analyze the nature of stress and the experience of the formation of stress resistance in the military personnel of the Russian Federation, and also consider the role of physical training in the formation of stress resistance in the military personnel. Stress resistance is a combination of personal qualities of a person aimed at combating extreme conditions. A fundamental place in training a serviceman is the formation of high stress resistance in all aspects. The need to constantly maintain and improve the physical preparation and analysis of the psychological state of the military.
