Abstract
In this work a neural network is created that recognises the car model and its make. It also classifies the video of a car based on its model. Nearly 16,000 photos of cars from over 30 distinct automobile models and manufacturers were used to train the network. The Convolutional Neural Network(CNN) model is employed here. Relu is the type of activation function employed. The resnet34 CNN model was utilised here. The image classification model resnet34 is a 34-layer convolutional neural network. The layer before the fully connected layer is replaced with the layer which has only classifications of roughly 30 different car make and their models. The model is then trained on the dataset once more and an accuracy of 80% is attained at that point of the time.
