Abstract

The article describes a system for multi-channel recording of electrical activity of nerve tissue In Vivo by using microelectrode arrays. Specificity of neural signals, the method of registration by using microelectrode arrays, requirements for acquisition system and the system itself are presented. Particular attention is given to methods of reduction of noise generated by the digital part of the system. The article also presents results of in-vivo recording realized by the presented system.
