Abstract
GO/CuO nanocomposite had been successfully synthesized by electrostatic interactions method. X-ray powder diffraction(XRD), Scanning electron microscopy(SEM), transmission electron microscope(TEM), selective-area electron diffraction(SAED), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), and Raman spectra confirmed the structure of the CuO and GO/CuO nanocomposite. The property of GO/CuO nanocomposite for electrocatalytic oxidation of glucose was investigated by cyclic voltammetry. The experimental results indicate that the GO/CuO nanocomposite modified electrode allows highly sensitive and low working potential of glucose and is promising for the future development of non-enzymatic glucose sensors.
