Abstract
The lead telluride (PbTe) nanoparticles have been synthesized under ultrasonic/microwave co-irradiation. These PbTe nanoparticles were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and DSC.
