Abstract

This paper deals with the synchronization for commensurate Riemann-Liouville fractional-order memristor-based neural networks with unknown parameters through Lyapunov direct method. Two inequalities on Riemann-Liouville fractional derivative of quadratic function are given, which play a critical role in the theoretical analysis of Riemann-Liouville fractional differential system. Combining the adaptive controller with parameter update laws, synchronization and parameter identification of fractional-order memristor-based neural networks with unknown parameters can be achieved simultaneously. Finally, two numerical examples are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the theoretical results.
