Integrating I4.0 into agriculture would improve productivity by reducing unnecessary workforce and addressing occupational health risks. Hence, implementing I4.0 technologies has considerable promise in promoting sustainable food production by leveraging data-driven decision-making, optimizing resource management, and improving efficiency in agricultural practices. In the age of I4.0, human resources (HR) 4.0 is crucial in utilizing digital technology to manage human resources efficiently and achieve organizational success, particularly in the agriculture industry.
