Abstract
为探讨上颌骨囊肿开放术后避免囊肿开窗口闭锁的改进方法，本文回顾性分析了2015—2020年于山东大学齐鲁医院行手术治疗的22例上颌骨囊肿患者的临床资料。其中含牙囊肿10例，上颌骨囊肿12例。采用改良泪前隐窝入路，延长下鼻甲前缘纵切口，切除上颌窦内侧壁及鼻腔底壁，将囊肿开放于鼻腔，拔除囊肿内牙齿，使用黏膜瓣消除裸露骨面。所有患者术后囊肿均保持开放。.
