ABSTRACT In this manuscript, our aim is to describe the concept of intuitionistic fuzzy b-metric-like spaces. We investigate some properties of this new space and give some useful examples. We also define the concepts of convergence, Cauchy sequence and completeness in intuitionistic fuzzy b-metric-like space. Furthermore, we establish some fixed point theorems in this setting and give an application to integral equations to illustrate the usability of the obtained results.

Some fixed point results are given for a class of Meir-Keeler contractive maps acting on metric spaces endowed with locally transitive relations. Technical connections with the related statements due to Berzig et al. (2014) are also being discussed.

Superiorization with a Projected Subgradient Algorithm on the Solution Sets of Common Fixed Point Problems

  • Alexander J Zaslavski

In this work, we investigate a minimization problem with a convex objective function on a domain, which is the solution set of a common fixed point problem with a finite family of nonexpansive mappings. Our algorithm is a combination of a projected subgradient algorithm and string-averaging projection method with variable strings and variable weights. This algorithm generates a sequence of iterates which are approximate solutions of the corresponding fixed point problem. Additionally, either this sequence also has a minimizing subsequence for our optimization problem or the sequence is strictly Fejer monotone regarding the approximate solution set of the common fixed point problem.

In this paper, we introduce the notion of generalized (α,ϕ)\\documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \\usepackage{amsmath} \\usepackage{wasysym} \\usepackage{amsfonts} \\usepackage{amssymb} \\usepackage{amsbsy} \\usepackage{mathrsfs} \\usepackage{upgreek} \\setlength{\\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \\begin{document}$(\\alpha , \\phi )$\\end{document}-Meir–Keeler hybrid contractive mappings of type I and II via simulation function and establish fixed point theorems for such mappings in the setting of complete b-metric spaces. Our results extend and generalize many related fixed point results in the existing literature. Finally, we provide an example in support of our main finding.

Some new fixed point results on intuitionistic fuzzy metric spaces

Abstract Fuzzy set theory originated from the fact that reasoning is not crisp and admits degree. This theory plays a leading role in ample field of Science and Technology. In this paper, by utilizing the concept of E.A. and common (E.A) property, we prove new common fixed point theorems on intuitionistic fuzzy metric spaces. Moreover, we extend the main result for finite number of mappings and integral-type contractive condition on intuitionistic fuzzy metric spaces.
