Abstract
The Thai Supreme Court, also referred to as San Dika, is the final adjudicator for civil and criminal cases in Thailand. Supreme Court decisions are informally authoritative in the Thai legal system, with practitioners using past decisions to support their arguments and students studying past decisions to pass the bar exam. As a deliberation of the Supreme Court in its plenary session requires the attendance of not less than half of the total number of judges, decisions with the involvement of plenary sessions are therefore deemed even more authoritative
 This compilation seeks to summarise, in English, 13 plenary session judgements of the Supreme Court in 2022. Through such a task, it is hoped that this will help encourage like-minded individuals to make Thai jurisprudence more internationally accessible.
