Abstract

This paper presents analytical solutions for the supercritical acoustic wave phase conjugation in spherical symmetry. It is shown that the classical transformation between paraxial and spherical equations still hold for a conjugator sufficiently far from the source. The analytical solution obtained illustrates the back focusing of a point source by a magneto-acoustic conjugator.
