Abstract

We synthesized series of high quality LiFe1−xCuxAs single crystals and studied the Cu-substitution effect on the superconducting property of LiFeAs. The results show that the superconducting transition temperature Tc was suppressed linearly with the rate of 1.9K per 1% Cu-doped when increasing Cu-doping level.
