Abstract

Most galaxies and rich clusters of galaxies1 are concentrated in superclusters, and there are great distances between superclusters2–6. In this paper we study the structure of superclusters using Zwicky clusters7 as principal tracers of the large-scale structure of the Universe. Our study is restricted to the southern galactic hemisphere.
