Abstract
A technique for studying the rational modes of operation of Peltier elements is presented. Specific recommendations are given for bringing the moisture content of biologically active bee products to the requirements of GOST by means of a special dehumidifier made on the basis of Peltier elements in the process of drying with hot air.
