Abstract

The article is dedicated to revealing the specifics of inter-code passages of the descriptive component of the concept human in the phraseology of the Eastern-Steppe Ukrainian dialects, the required component of which is the subject culture code. The algorithm of research of culture codes and inter-code passages on the material of areal phraseology is determined. Two- and three-component inter-code passages with the word-indicator of the subject culture code are described.Cultural coding has been positioned as an instrument of research of areal phraseology and as one of possible means of structuring of the concept. Therefore, the methodology of analysis of concepts in phraseology by representation of the system of codes of culture has been specified and completed that develops knowledge of mechanisms and principles of speech conceptualization. The analysis of concept human in the phraseology of Eastern-Steppe Ukrainian dialects makes the proper contribution into processing of issues of cultural coding and national and cultural specificity of concept human in Ukrainian studies.The descriptive component of the concept human in the phraseology of the Eastern-Steppe Ukrainian dialects is represented with the help of the secondary semiotic system. One of the central places in this process is taken by the subject code of culture, which simulates images of objects of the real, material world – life, clothing, and human housing. The cultural code finds a vivid manifestation in numerous two- and three-component inter-code passages, combines with others (somatic, quantitative, anthropic, zoomorphic, natural, mythological, gastronomic, spatial, etc.) and describes the character, appearance, intelligence, social status, the physical and emotional states of a person, the nuances of communication.
