Abstract
Endoscopic management of gastrointestinal (GI) leaks meet with only limited success. Previously we reported the novel occluder device (Leakludder®, S&G biotech, Seongnam, Korea) can provide an effective and immediate seal for a GI leaks in an ex vivo porcine model. This study was performed to evaluate the feasibility and safety of the occluder device for sealing of natural orifice translumenal endoscopic surgery (NOTES) gastrotomy in an in vivo animal model.
