Abstract

This study aims to explore the factors affecting the competitiveness of seafood exporters in the Mekong Delta by surveying 200 people who are leaders and managers of exporting enterprises seafood exports in the region. The results show that the factors affecting competitiveness are measured by 10 components in order of importance: (1) Research and development capacity, (2) Brand competitiveness, (3) Human resource capacity, (4) Production technology capacity, (5) Business relationship development capacity, (6) Marketing capacity, (7) Management capacity, (8) Capacity price competitiveness, (9) Financial capacity, (10)Commercial dispute handling capacity. The study makes several recommendations to the leaders of seafood export enterprises to improve their competitiveness. References Hoang, T.T. (2011).
