In recent years, China's fertility rate has continued to decline is a reality that we have to face, too low fertility rate will have a negative impact on the sustainable development of society. For example, it affects the supply of labor force, weakens the ability of social innovation, reduces the consumption capacity, increases the pressure of pension, and affects social stability.
