Abstract

The agricultural straw burning is one of important environmental concern, and how to rationally utilize straw resources is important for sustainable development. Due to high carbon content and strong stability, straw biochar by pyrolysis has become a hotspot study in multidisciplinary fields. This study focused on biochar properties and soil type and carried out in the same experimental plot with different nitrogen fertilizer application rates. There were still differences in straw charcoal and in the future, the study on the interaction between biochar properties and soil shall be continued to improve the carbon fixation and emission reduction
