Abstract
Objective To investigate the pressure source of nurses in operation room and relevant countermeasures.Methods In our hospital from 2011 January to 2012 June 60 nursing staff in operation room for pressure source of detailed investigation,and to formulate the corresponding prevention countermeasures.Results Through investigation and analysis,the main sources of stress of nurses in operation room:work pressure,the pressure of the patient,family pressures,social pressure and occupation dangerous pressure.Conclusions The causes of nurses in operation room cause of stress is more,we should adopt specific coping strategies,thereby reducing the pressure of nurses in operation room.
