Abstract

Flux-weakening capability plays an important component part in technical indexes of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) for electric vehicle. Starting with vector control theory, the influence of motor flux linkage, salient ratio and winding turns on flux-weakening of PMSM have been analyzed in this paper and a prototype is designed based on the analysis result. Then a comparative analysis between theoretical value and measured value is provided to verify the correctness of the analyses.
