Abstract
Objective To investigate the current status of quality of life of 2～4 years old children with congenital heart disease after receiving opeation and analyze influencing factom related their quality of life.Methods PedsQL Cardiac Module and PedsQL Healthcare Satisfaction Generic Module chinese editions were used toinvestigate 183 cases by mailing.Stepwise multilogistic regression were used to identy the potential factors.Results The levels of children's quality of life were almost samilar with the international onesl.Family income and health care satisfaction were related to quality of life(P<0.05).Age,surgery age,time after surgery,number of surgery,types and severe of disease were not related to their quality of life.Conclusions Strengthening patients follow-up service is helpful to improve quality of life of children with congenital heart disease.
