Abstract

AbstractTobacco drying is the most important processing link in the tobacco shredding process. Due to the airtightness of airflow drying and the complexity of the drying process, the current research on the heat and mass transfer characteristics of the pneumatic drying machine is not enough. In order to study the heat and mass transfer characteristics inside the pneumatic dryer, improve the quality control level of the production process of the enterprise, and meet the needs of the refined production of the enterprise, this paper is based on the theory of gas-solid two-phase flow, computational fluid dynamics, heat and mass transfer and other theories to cut tobacco. The pneumatic drying process is digitally modeled, and the distribution law of the velocity field, temperature field and humidity field of the internal flow field of the dryer during the drying process is analyzed through high-performance computing simulation law.
