Abstract

In view of high automatization, high complexity and high integration of modern electromechanical equipments, the paper analyses main fault types, process monitoring parameters and the correlation between them, and proposes the fuzzy Petri net modeling for the fault diagnosis of complex electromechanical systems. The modeling method can syncretize the knowledge expression with the diagnosis reasoning and obtain the diagnosis results rapidly by the matrix computation. The conclusion from the fuzzy Petri net reasoning is consistent with the fact and is suitable for the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of complex electromechanical systems. In order to ensure high operating reliability and efficiency for electromechanical equipments, the monitoring system based on intranet is structured, and the share of data information between manager layer and equipment layer is realized.
