Cultivating Chinese EFL learners' intercultural communicative competence is the popular trend of current development of education, also caters to the needs of China's development. Therefore, based on information technology under the background of Internet +, the cultivation of intercultural communication ability by Chinese EFL learners will greatly influence the development of the world economy, boost the development of international politics and culture, and further promote the steady and long-term development of the world economy. According to the meaning and content of intercultural competence, this paper analyzes the current situation of intercultural learning of Chinese EFL learners under the different new information technology platform under the background of Internet +, and puts forward training methods, hoping to provide effective methods for the educational practice of cultivating intercultural communication competence.
