Abstract

For pumping fluid with high viscosity and high content of mechanical impurities and the installations of the screw pumps that allow us to control and regulate the technological parameters of production gas are used. The research of efficiency of screw pump revealed that the failure of the cage (stator) and wear of the stator – rotor, accompanied by a decrease in performanceThe wear of the pair of stator and rotor, extended condition normal operation of the screw pump are studied, taking into account the orientation of the working screw, the effect of inertial and hydraulic forces, physical and mechanical properties of the contact layers. This considerably improves the durability and manufacturability of the screw pumps.
