Abstract
For pt.I see ibid, vol.13, p.159 (1982). Continuing the description of results obtained in the study of the roughness and cracks made by grinding glass surfaces used in precision optics, the authors look particularly at several techniques which reveal cracks on samples that have been polished with loose abrasives or diamond pellets.
