Abstract
P 32- and Se 75-labeled venoms of Latrodectus mactans tredecimguttatus, Steatoda paykulliana, Segestria florentina and Hogna ( Lycosa) tarentula were prepared in vivo. Electrophoretic analysis of Se 75-labeled venom of the tarantula showed rather uniform incorporation of Se 75 in all protein fractions obtained. Radioactivity of labeled venom delivered to the bitten snout of guinea pigs was measured.
