Abstract

A phenomenon that is currently popular among people lately is going to cafes while sitting and enjoying the atmosphere and this has become their lifestyle. One form of business that is currently on the rise in Lamongan is the coffee shop business. Along with the rapid development of the times, lifestyles have also changed. A person's current lifestyle is one that likes to consume coffee and also a lifestyle that likes gathering with friends or family. The method in this research is quantitative research and comparative research. This research uses a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The sample and population are all consumers who have purchased or visited Cafe Welijo and Terakota. The aim of this research is to find out and analyze whether there are significant differences in Store Atmosphere, Service Quality, Location and Consumer Satisfaction. The analytical method used is the Independent sample t-test. The results of the research show that there is a significant difference of 0.000<0.05 between Store Atmosphere, Service Quality, Location and Consumer Satisfaction at Cafe Welijo and Terakota in Lamongan
