Abstract

This paper aims to find out the satisfaction level of faculty coordinators who use Student Information System (SIS) to manage classrooms in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). Considering the purpose of this study a survey is applied to the faculty coordinators of a developing HEI in Northern Cyprus. The reliability test, factor analysis and Bartlett's test has been applied to interpret the survey results. Results reveal that the system quality and information presentation have impact on decision-making satisfaction, and the information quality is an intervening variable between the system quality and decision-making satisfaction.
