Abstract
The article considers a comprehensive approach to the education of a musician as a competent specialist in various areas of implementation of the acquired educational, practical and theoretical experience. The article contains a review of modern main areas of scientific and methodological research, issues and aspects of pedagogical research, a review of important works and areas of work with the folk-instruments orchestra. Various forms of work with the student orchestra are researched, which expands the musical worldview, raises the professional and artistic level, improves the professional skills of ensemble and orchestral playing, promotes the mastering of basic knowledge and skills of students for successful future pedagogical and performing activities.
