Abstract
The fine structure in the thermal neutron fission of U/sup 235/ is observed. The kinetic-energy spectra of the heavy and light fission products are found by coincidence counting, and the results of these measurements are used to calculate the fine structure of the fission yield spectra and total kinetic energy spectra.
