Abstract

The power generation device is developing rapidly, which focused on energy cleaning and inconvenient power supplying. This paper proposed a generation device which is mainly used to supply power for small power station such as plant factory lighting system. Firstly, fesibility analysis of piezoelectric power generation was made based on mathematic model. After that, installation mode of piezoelectric vibrator was determined. Secondly, shape of piezoelectric vibrator and suitable working thickness in the breeze were analyzed by ANSYS simulation. Finally, structural design was conducted by using SOLIDWORKS and 3D model of power supply device is established. Prototype making and test verification was carried out based on 3d model. The experimental results show that generation device has high stability and feasibility, which provide technical reference for optimization and improvement of piezoelectricity electric power facility.
