Abstract

The purpose of this study is to clarify the structural relationship among positive psychological capital, learning investment, social support and subjective well-being of Chinese adult learners. The research results are as follows. First, the relationship between variables is analyzed. Positive psychological capital has a positive impact on social support and subjective well-being. Learning involvement has a positive impact on social support and subjective well-being. Social support has a positive impact on subjective well-being. Second, the mediating effect between variables was analyzed. The mediating effect between positive psychological capital and subjective happiness of Chinese adult learners had a mediating effect on social support. Social support showed a mediating effect in the relationship between learning commitment and subjective happiness.
