Abstract

The purpose of the study is a comprehensive analysis of the content and sufficiency of measures taken by the state aimed at ensuring the biological safety of citizens in the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic. A comprehensive strategic approach to the development of state biopolitics is recommended. The conclusion is made about the need for a phased application of a set of preventive measures of a proactive nature, capable of protecting the interests of all participants in the process of socio-economic development of society and the state.
