Abstract

This research was conducted to assess the efficacy of some problem-solving strategies when managing classroom conflicts with participants that are in third grade from elementary school Neftali Villalobos, in Heredia, Costa Rica. This study delves deep into the reality faced in classrooms regarding time, limitations and challenges when solving classrooms conflicts as well as providing different strategies which can be implemented by teachers. The paper also discusses the results of the implementation of these practices and their fruitfulness through a qualitative scope.
