Abstract
Agriculture and the agrarian complex are really important for the development of the economy of Ukraine. Access to international markets and provision of competitive products open up new opportunities for development and attraction of investments in the agricultural sector of the country. In order to successfully enter the European market and use modern innovative technologies in production, the following aspects are necessary: innovative technologies, product quality, marketing and strategy. Strengthening the state and expanding the export of agricultural products to international markets require the introduction of innovations and improvement of product quality. This creates opportunities for the development of the agricultural sector, attracting investments and contributes to the overall economic growth of Ukraine. The article is devoted to the study of the choice of strategy for the development of small business enterprises under the conditions of European integration. The development of agricultural enterprises in the context of global integration processes and entry into European and world markets requires the implementation of modern methods of strategic development. One of the key tools for achieving success is developing a development strategy. The enterprise development strategy in the agricultural sector must take into account internal and external factors, as well as the goals and objectives of the enterprise. Some aspects that can be included in an agricultural enterprise development strategy include: marketing strategy, investment strategy, human capital development. These aspects will help the agricultural enterprise to effectively adapt to the challenges and opportunities of global integration processes and achieve success in international markets. Development strategies in agribusiness are the interaction of external and internal elements in conditions of environmental instability for the long term in order to implement the set tasks. The success of entrepreneurial activity in agribusiness is largely determined by its strategy. The presence of a single conceptual approach in agribusiness, as a complex economic system, is important in making the necessary decision. The implementation of strategic goals should ensure the survival of the enterprise for a long period of time, the effectiveness and efficiency of activities. It should be taken into account that the strategy in agriculture is difficult to adjust due to the presence of features inherent in this field: dependence on natural and climatic conditions, seasonality. the development and implementation of an innovative development strategy is an important factor for small agricultural enterprises in order to increase their profitability and profitability, expand their market presence and strengthen their competitive positions. Innovation can become a key tool for achieving success in the conditions of growing competition and integration into the European economic space.
