Abstract: Pedestrian paths in Pontianak City are increasingly showing improvement, especially in the city center area where human movement is increasingly busy with various kinds of activities taking place there. Roads as the basic element that forms an area are one of the easiest urban public spaces to observe to understand the characteristics of an area. Actors who travel on the sidewalk face various obstacles and goals they want to achieve during their journey. Walking here is a means to fulfill the need for face-to-face interaction that exists in urban activities. With the uncontrolled growth of urban areas, the development of public spaces for pedestrians is somewhat burdened. Most cities allow citizens to access basic services and needs in walkable areas. Pontianak itself is still dominated by a high number of vehicle users and this is not accompanied by efforts to increase pedestrian comfort. This research aims to determine the obstacles faced by pedestrians, especially in the Pontianak State Polytechnic (Polnep) campus area by measuring the total area that can be passed by pedestrians and assessing pedestrian paths by assessing roads and highways in pedestrian catchment areas. feet at every intersection. . The research method used is a non-probability sampling method, namely an accidental sampling technique to calculate the pedestrian catchment area on the Polnep campus to determine the total pedestrian catchment area that is still comfortable to walk through. By measuring the distance between two nodes by navigating the street layout, urban morphology can impact the measurement of the ratio of route distance to urban distance. The analytical method used in this research is qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. Qualitative descriptive analysis is used to describe the results of observations and interpretation of quantitative data presented in tabular form. Meanwhile, the quantitative descriptive analysis method is used to measure or assess user perceptions of walkability quality based on the walkability aspects studied, namely accessibility, comfort, safety and aesthetics. The results and findings of the analysis at the Pontianak State Polytechnic Campus show that Accessibility (A), Security (SAF), Comfort (COM), and Aesthetics or Beauty (AES) have a partial and significant effect on Walkability. The conclusion can be proven through the results of the T test (partial) where the calculated T value for each variable is greater than the T table and the significance value for each variable is <0.05.

This research is motivated by the ineffectiveness and innovation of the teacher to create instructional video media during the pandemic era that uses an online learning model. This study aims to produce demonstration-based learning videos that have been tested for their validity on the topic of single substances and mixed substances in fifth-grade elementary schools. This research is development research carried out using the 4D model with the following stages: define, design, develop, disseminate. The subjects of this study were two material experts, two media experts, and two practitioner experts. At the same time, the object of this research is the development of demonstration-based learning videos on the topic of single substances and mixed substances for fifth-grade elementary school students. This development research using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis methods. The data obtained were then analyzed to determine the validity score of demonstration-based learning videos. The average value of demonstration-based learning videos from material experts was 97.5% in the very good category, from the media experts by 95% with the very good category, and from the practitioners by 87% with the good category. Based on this analysis, it can be said that demonstration-based learning videos developed on the topic of single substances and mixed substances are declared valid and can be used in learning in fifth-grade elementary schools.

The agricultural sector is vital to the Indonesian economy and can be a priority in national development. As a tropical country, Indonesia has a high potential for coconut production. Tambrauw Regency is one of the regencies in West Papua Province, which has coconut plants with various potential. This research analyzes the coconut value chain in Emaus Village, Sausapor District, Tambrauw Regency. Through qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis methods, primary data was obtained through interviews using questionnaires, while secondary data was obtained from research reports, publications, and other data sources. The research results show that the copra supply chain in Emmaus Village consists of processing farmers, collecting traders, wholesalers, and industrial consumers. The added value calculation in Emmaus Village is carried out by processing farmers and collecting traders. The added value of coconut processing farmers and collectors reached 64.73%, and that of collecting traders was 8.3%. Furthermore, processing farmers obtain a profit level of 100% because no costs are incurred while collecting traders obtain a profit level of 8.3%. Meanwhile, the added value for wholesalers is greater than that of processing farmers and collecting traders, with an income level after deducting raw material purchases of IDR 5,000. The added value plays an important role in determining the profit level of the coconut business. The higher the added value that is successfully generated, the greater the potential profit that can be obtained.

There is a lack of use of learning media in the learning process and the learning process is always teacher-centered. This makes it difficult for students to understand the material delivered so that the classroom atmosphere becomes passive. The purpose of the research is to develop a valid and practical animated video-based learning media on the topic of water cycle in grade IV elementary school. The researcher uses the ADDIE model in developing this media with steps including analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. This study takes the subject of material experts, media experts, practitioners and student responses, in this study using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis methods. The average results of the validity of animated videos from material experts were 95.5% very good, from media experts 92% were very good, from practitioners 98% were very good and from student responses 96.9 were very good. The learning media based on the animated video on the topic of the water cycle was declared to have passed the validity test and is suitable for use in teaching and learning activities for grade IV elementary school students. The implication of this study is that the use of valid and practical animated video-based learning media can improve student understanding, create a more active and interactive learning atmosphere, and shift the learning approach from teacher-centered to more student-centered.

The study aims to evaluate two main aspects: first, to provide an overview of activities and company values among Chemical Sub-Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, and second, to investigate how these activities impact the companies' values. The research design is based on library research, focusing on all Chemical Sub-Sector companies listed as of December 31, 2022. The study employs purposive sampling and combines both qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis methods. Analytical techniques used include classical assumption tests, simple regression analysis, correlation coefficients, and hypothesis testing. The findings reveal several key points: Firstly, the average level of activity among these companies has shown a tendency to decrease, while their values have generally increased. Secondly, the simple regression analysis indicates that activity does not significantly affect company value, with a negative relationship observed. Thirdly, both the correlation coefficient and determination analysis suggest a very weak relationship between activity levels and company value. Finally, the t-test results confirm that activity has a negative and statistically insignificant impact on company value.

The demand for betel nut from international markets is continuously increasing, but the agricultural supply chain for this product is quite complex and requires special handling, thus affecting the agricultural product's price. Therefore, research on the analysis of betel nut value-added supply chains is crucial to determine the amount of additional value from each stage and actor involved in the supply chain. The research was conducted in Palembayan, Agam, and Padang, West Sumatra from May to August 2022 using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis methods with primary data from experts and farmers and secondary data from literature studies and related sources. This study found that betel nut has the potential to be exported to several countries, such as India, Iran, and the United Arab Emirates, but there are several problems hindering the distribution process. The betel nut supply chain involves several parties, ranging from suppliers to exporters, and there is no contractual relationship between them. This study also identifies criteria for betel nut suitable for export, including low water content, uniform color, large size, meeting food safety standards, and high sugar content. The process of exporting betel nut from Indonesia to India involves selection and collection, processing and packaging, transportation, and export. Thus, betel nut cultivation in Agam Regency can be effective, efficient, and sustainable by increasing the value-added at each production stage.
